EMPLOYEE WELFARE ACTIVITIES

At Dirgh Diamond, we believe in social welfare. We try to give back to the society in every possible way we can. To comply to this responsibility of ours, we engage in various activities.

Sweets during festivals

Festivals cannot be celebrated without sweets. Dirgh Diamond ensures all its employees celebrate festivals with their families by sharing sweets.

Raincoat

Safety is extremely important for the employees’ well-being. There cannot be any compromise with the employees’ health & safety, especially when they are travelling to and from work.

Helmet

As is the case with raincoats, wearing helmets during transit is extremely important. Thus, Dirgh Diamond has made sure that all its employees wear helmets when going to or coming from work.

The employees are taught how to deal with fire, in case any such event occurs at the workplace.

The employees are taught how to deal with medical emergencies, in case someone falls sick at the workplace.

Special management training is given to the employees to help them work better and more efficiently
