Purchase - Store Executive

Looking for fresher or experienced candidate for one of our positions in Surat

Job Description :

Store:

1. Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register(MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.

2. Preparation of MRN & MIN (Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.

3. Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

4. Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.

5. Maintain store stock register & Assets stock register.

6. Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.

7. Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables. Controlling all Moving and non-moving Materials

8. Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue & maintaining the various levels of stock.

9. Overall responsibility for all Store, Dispatch & Purchase functions.

Purchase:

10. Research potential vendors.

11. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

12. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

13. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

14. Review quality of purchased products.

15. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

16. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

17. Review inventories and order as required.

18. Track the status of any orders.

19. Produce and maintain all reports.

20. Vendor management.

21. Preparing quotations & invoices to vendors

Skills Required : MS Office and ERP Knowledge
