Job Role & Responsibilitie :

The incumbent is required to perform the following tasks as a part of the said profile:

1. Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling,e-mailing or direct meeting.

2. Create and maintain positive client relationship to build business.

3. Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish sales target.

4. Submits orders by referring to price list s and product literature

5. Understand client's needs to meet client requirements.

6. To identify opportunities for new market and growth.

7. Develop and maintain sale records of sales meetings,sales calls,new sales,closed sales,follow-up activities, etc.

8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.

9. Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.

10. Complies with company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.

11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Role & Responsibilitie :

· Hardware, Network and Server - troubleshooting and management.

· Management Service, Active directory, FTP configuration.

· Configuration Technical Support, Routing and Switching, Network Protocols,

· Firewall configure, Emails management all windows OS and open Source, Mac and UNIX system training and development

· Configure & Verify Firewalls, NAT, PAT, VPN, IDS, IPS, and UTM devices hardware and software operation using all commands.
Strong knowledge on all functionalities of Plugs / policies / Public Private security authentications.

· Silicon manufacturing Software All over local Problem solution and troubleshooting.

· Camera Related issue and support.

· New User Creation and management and provide local security.

· Control and management of all security Device access control, reader-devices.

· Responsible for disaster recovery, closing security and access levels.

· Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.

· Identify and recommend improvements for E-mail applications

· Managing and monitoring of backups.

· Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures. Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
Producing reports for senior for internal & external applications.

· Planning and Development of IT infrastructure. How to provide best platform, service, training and information to users.

· Installation and configuration of server 2008/2012/2016

· Develops and maintains physical and virtual server provisioning.

· Assists other ITS staff in the use of the system software.

· Server administration in a secured environment

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Core Enterprise services

· Thorough knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMTP and other core protocols

· Knowledge of Unix/Linux

· Research, evaluate and recommend technologies to support business requirements
