Job description :-

• The key responsibility of this role will be supporting the Company Secretary in the effective and efficient provision of secretariat services to the Board, its sub-committees and the Executive Leadership Team including preparing agendas, coordinating the production of papers and minutes, record-keeping and ensuring that there is effective follow through on all relevant matters arising and action points.

• Appropriately handling correspondence and documentation for the Secretariat, including financial reports and documentation of a sensitive or confidential nature using a high degree of discretion.

• Preparation of Incorporation Documents.

• To report to the Board about the compliance with the provisions of Act.

• To ensure that the company complies with the applicable secretarial standards.

• Incorporation of Company, limited liability partnership.

• Share Capital Work : Increase in Authorized Share Capital, Allotment of Shares

• Minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General Matting and Extra-ordinary General Meeting.

• Drafted and filed application for object clause, shifting of registered office in local limits, multiple changes in Directorship.

Job Role & Responsibilitie :

· Hardware, Network and Server - troubleshooting and management.

· Management Service, Active directory, FTP configuration.

· Configuration Technical Support, Routing and Switching, Network Protocols,

· Firewall configure, Emails management all windows OS and open Source, Mac and UNIX system training and development

· Configure & Verify Firewalls, NAT, PAT, VPN, IDS, IPS, and UTM devices hardware and software operation using all commands.
Strong knowledge on all functionalities of Plugs / policies / Public Private security authentications.

· Silicon manufacturing Software All over local Problem solution and troubleshooting.

· Camera Related issue and support.

· New User Creation and management and provide local security.

· Control and management of all security Device access control, reader-devices.

· Responsible for disaster recovery, closing security and access levels.

· Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.

· Identify and recommend improvements for E-mail applications

· Managing and monitoring of backups.

· Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures. Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
Producing reports for senior for internal & external applications.

· Planning and Development of IT infrastructure. How to provide best platform, service, training and information to users.

· Installation and configuration of server 2008/2012/2016

· Develops and maintains physical and virtual server provisioning.

· Assists other ITS staff in the use of the system software.

· Server administration in a secured environment

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Core Enterprise services
