ABOUT DIAMOND

Can we see the physical diamond before buying?: Yes, of course (Possible in Offline Sales Only).
Do you deal with CVD diamonds?: No, we sell only natural diamonds.
Can I upload your inventory on my website?: Yes, you can.
Which size of diamonds do you sell?: We have a wide range of 0.30 to 15 carats of diamonds.
Which certified diamonds you have?: We have GIA & IGI certified diamonds.
Do you sell the non-certified diamond?: Yes, we do.

SHIPPING

How do you ship the diamonds?: We ship diamonds to our customer through Malca Amit and other shipping services.
What is the charge for shipping?: For invoices below US$ 15000, charges are US$ 150, except for USA. For invoices below US$ 15000 in USA, charges are US$ 200. For invoices above US$ 15000, shipping is free

PAYMENT TERMS

In which currency do you accept the payment?: We accept payment only in US $.
Can we pay through wire transfer?: Yes, you can, but in wire transfer, you have to pay in advance. Once we have received the payment in our account then only we will ship the parcel.

RETURN / REFUND

What if we do not like the diamonds, can we return/exchange?: Yes you can, but in this case, you have to bare shipment charges of US $100. In order to avoid this we suggest that you carefully select your diamonds so that the need for return/exchanges does not require.
